Do you love performing? Do you appreciate North American Composer Choral Music? Would you enjoy being part of a growing, semi-professional choral ensemble?

New Auditions date

The 14th season will feature music from Beethoven's Choral Fantasia, Dan Forrest's Jubilate Deo, and Robert Shaw’s many moods of Christmas. We will be accompanied by 22 orchestra members from the valley. March concerts will be with Pro Musica of Anthem, featuring Misa Azteca. May concert will feature Dr. Kira Rugen and a new choral work for CES and phoenix boys choir, called "Hold On".

All voice parts welcome.

We look forward to the following requirements:

1. Tuesday night rehearsals 6:45- 9:00pm from Sept 1 - May 20,2021 At North Scottsdale united Methodist Church.
2. Black formal matching dress for women is required.
3. Black tux and pants for men required.
4. Sightreading skills will be evaluated on Sept 8.
5. First rehearsal is Tuesday September 1 6:45PM. Place: TBD.
6. 3 concerts a year: December, March and May. These are your commitment to CES.
7. All rehearsals expected with dress rehearsals required.
8. A short solo is needed on the video with your Name and voice part announced. A resume is appreciated.

Auditions will be held via zoom or prerecorded video sent to carolyndirector@gmail.com by May 29.
